What You’re Signing Up For

A hill-hike warm-up, 60-minute circuit workout adaptable to most abilities, and a well-earned recovery session featuring sauna, ice baths, and a pool dip.

We’ll finish with breakfast burritos from the corner liquor store (they’re better than it sounds).

All ages, genders and abilities. No jerks.

Why We’re Doing This

In April 2025, I was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. A bone marrow transplant and an anonymous donor gave me a second chance at life.

In 2023, I lost my best friend, Douglas Grant, to the same disease.

Blood Cancer United is helping change what’s possible for patients and families through groundbreaking research, clinical trials, and direct support.

This is my small way of giving back—and bringing together some great people in the process.
